Subscriptions

Fold subscriptions are managed through Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple account, then Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Fold if an active purchase is not recognized.

Account and data

You can delete your Fold profile and associated app data from Profile in the app. You may also email us with an account or privacy request.

Prayer Wall

Prayer Wall requests use a user's Fold profile identity and are not anonymous. Fold filters requests before publication and has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Use the menu on any request to report it or block its author. You can delete your own request immediately from the same menu. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violating content is removed, and abusive users may be suspended or ejected.

Companion chat

If a message does not send, confirm your connection and try again. Fold's companion is generated software, not God, clergy, therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency support.

Safety

If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now. Fold support cannot provide emergency or professional care.
